The Moons

Created for small spaces in London night clubs this spiral, spinning disk design was created to add movement in two planes; the plane of the surface and a three dimensional tunnel. They worked individually and in large numbers as their ‘movement’ prevented them from looking like a static repeat. I made a colour and black and white version. Printed in Delhi, they were used by Return to the Source in London, Rainbow 2000 in Tokyo, Crash in Vauxhall, a huge rave outside Melbourne and many other nights.
